So if we just took a fraction, of a dose, would it accel a trip where other chemicals such as dex, or K, into more intense dissasociativeness?

You mean would it potentiate the dissociation when taken together? It probably would. From personal experience I know Nitrous + DXM and Memantine + DXM both potentiate the dissociation. I know Walkaway enjoys Ketamine + DXM.

Zardoz on the DV seemed to enjoy Dizocilpine and posted a trip report about it here. I'm still unsure if I want to try it, although I may take a small amount someday.

It would theoretically potentiate DXM at mid-range to high dosages, if you took, say 50-150 ug (micrograms).

Although I'm not entirely certain, as dizocilpine is binding as a non-competitive antagonist at the exact same receptor site, so the presence of dextromethorphan or dextrorphanol at one of these receptors would lead to the 'displacement' of the MK-801, it'd have to find another receptor to bind to; although I'm sure it would if given enough extra micro-seconds...

If you're filling all of your NMDA 3A and 3B receptors with chems, then you're taking waaaaayyy too much.

Dextromethorphan is an uncompetitive antagonist so I guess I'm not exactly sure how they'd interact. I think human tests may be necessary to figure this one out. 50µg dizocilpine and 200mg DXM would be an interesting experiment . . .

Volunteers?
