Hi, SightandSound here (SandS for short).

My love-affair with DXM started over two years ago now, and since then I've had some nice handfuls of trips spread out throught. What makes me want to join this community is my search for more knowledge and understanding of the drug, as I am planning on doing my first "sigma" plateau soon.

My experiances with DXM have been mind-shattering, in both good and bad ways. Mostly good from my perspective, but as alot of you may/should know, there is a handful of negatives with this unworldly experience. Since I haven't greatly abused the medicene, nothing extreme however.

I hope I can be welcomed to this forum so that I may observe, and maaaybe join, your discussions so that my own experiences with DXM will be as safe and enjoyable as I can make them.

Some of why Dextromethorphan Intrigues me so has to be part of its bizarre diversity that it can have, both from person to person, and trip to trip. Even on high a 2nd plateau I can temporarily lose "consciousness" and while my body disturbs my friends with my "unnacountable" actions, my mind goes through a completely unwordly mindstate. Where as, one of my friends who next enjoys DXM the most out of my circle of friends, has never reached this out-of-counsciousness state, even when he has aimed for the 4th plateau. I feel the need to restate. DXM endlessly astounds and intrigues me.
