I think he was referencing his school peers.

I'd say some of the things on that list could be the result of drug use. However, its hard to pin it down when there are so many other potential causes.

I remember I came home one sunday when I was younger and I was all tired and shit (this was before I did anything) and my Mom was like "Have you been takin' drugs" and I was like "Lol, no Mom we just played super smash bros til like four in the morning".
