Due to Saudi Arabias fucked up law system, a rape must be witnessed by 4 men before the rapist can be charged. I think.

he ultimately disrespected and abused another human being in a viscious and undefendable way. locking him up, while "humane" in one sense, is a waste of tax dollars. shoot the fucker.

if i raped someone I would kill myself.

attributing this crime to the drugs, and not the user, only perpetuates the stereotype that drugs cause people to turn malicious. for him to do these things he had to have prior desire to perform such actions.
