I think what I meant is by true hallucinations I meant that it doesn't cause you to see things that you cannot differentiate from reality.

Well I've definately seen shit that took some time to identify as drug-induced... I guess the line between visuals and hallucinations can get blurry.
Anyway, the "such" hallucinations (biblical shit) they refer to in this article are definately not "a common result from the misuse of DXM". I love how they wonder what part played weed, and which part played DXM in the guy's decision, but not what part he played in it...
