questions that couldnt be answered from this page, then Im sure you'll find the answer
here. I do not take any credit for this FAQ. It was written by William White, who used to
have it posted at www.frognet.net/dxm,
but that site is no longer available. Im just mirroring this FAQ on my page so it will
stay available.
